It’s less than a week now until transfer deadline day, and if the rest of the window is anything to go by, it’s going to be frantic and expensive. But not every club will leave it to the last minute, so here’s every confirmed Premier League transfer you might have missed from the last week.
Eberechi Eze - Crystal Palace to Arsenal, £67.5m

Unveiled at the Emirates last Saturday, Arsenal confirmed the signing of Crystal Palace and England attacking midfielder Eberechi Eze, who began his footballing career in the Arsenal academy, but the club released him as a schoolboy.
Eze is an electric player to watch. The 27-year-old joined Crystal Palace from Queens Park Rangers in 2020 and made 169 appearances for the club, scoring 40 goals. Last season, he scored 14 goals and notched 12 assists, helping the club lift its first-ever major trophy, the FA Cup, and qualify for Europe in the process.
He also offers something that Arsenal don’t really have: a true number ten. Martin Odergaard, Declan Rice, and Martin Zubimendi are all quality midfielders but are better suited in deeper roles. Eze should slot right into the team behind the striker and help link play between Viktor Gyokeres and the wingers. In today's market, £67.5m is cheap for a player who should immediately improve the starting XI.
Jacob Ramsey - Aston Villa to Newcastle, £43m

Newcastle completed the signing of 24-year-old English winger Jacob Ramsay from rivals Aston Villa for £43m this week. It’s a sale Villa didn’t really want to make, but due to PSR restrictions, they needed to in order to free up space to do business of their own.
An academy product, Ramsay made 166 appearances for Villa, scoring 16 goals. The left winger burst onto the scene in 2020 and had two stellar early campaigns when he looked like the next big thing for Villa and England.
However, in the last two years, he hasn’t built on that early success, and while not performing badly, he didn’t nail down a spot as a must-start in Unai Emery’s team. A change of scene should be good for the player, with plenty of development ahead of him, and a manager with a strong track record of developing young talent.
Tyler Dibling - Southampton to Everton, £42m

19-year-old English right winger joined Everton from Southampton this week on a four-year deal for an undisclosed fee, reportedly in the range of £42M.
A product of the Southampton academy, notable in recent years for developing players like Gareth Bale, He made his competitive debut for the Saints in 2023, at the age of 17, and went on to appear 44 times for the club, enjoying a breakout campaign last year.
A brilliant dribbler of the football, and considered by analysts and coaches to be one of the most exciting prospects in English football, Southampton were reluctant to let him leave, but eventually agreed to send the player to Merseyside, where David Moyes will look to continue his development and improve the squad.
Amine Adli - Bayer Leverkusen to Bournemouth, £25m

After losing Dango Outtara to Brentford last week, Bournemouth quickly filled the empty space in their attack with Bayer Leverkusen attacking midfielder Amine Adli, who joins for a fee of £25m.
The 25-year-old Moroccan spent five years with Leverkusen, making 143 appearances. He had his best season in 2023/24, scoring ten goals and adding nine assists, but struggled last year as a broken fibula left him out for a significant period.
Bournemouth has a great track record with developing attacking players in recent years, and they’ll be looking to make Adli another success story.
Noah Okafor - AC Milan, £18m

Leeds United announced the signing of 25-year-old Swiss winger Noah Okafor from AC Milan in a deal worth £18m.
Okafor has spent time at several European clubs in his career, initially developing at FC Basel, before joining RB Salzburg, and then AC Milan, but also spending time on loan with Napoli last year.
He hasn’t contributed massive numbers of goals and assists in his career, but last year ranked in the 97th and 99th percentile amongst wingers in Europe's top five leagues for progressive carries and successful take-ons per 90. He’ll add another threat across from Wilfred Gnonto on the opposite wing.
Douglas Luiz - Juventus to Nottingham Forest, loan with obligation to buy

Nottingham Forest confirmed the signing of Brazilian central midfielder Douglas Luiz on loan from Juventus, with an obligation to buy at the end of the season.
The 27-year-old made 206 appearances for Aston Villa before joining Juventus last season, where he failed to make an impact, only appearing in 19 Serie A matches. He’ll be competing with Ibrahim Sangare to slot in alongside Elliot Anderson in midfield.
A brilliant player on his day for Aston Villa, Luiz will hope to recapture that form back in the Premier League.
James Justin - Leicester to Leeds, £10m

Leeds United also confirmed the signing of 27-year-old English right-back James Justin from Leicester for £10m.
Justin made 169 appearances in six seasons for Leicester City, earning a call up to the England team in 2022, and will provide cover and competition for Jayden Bogle in the right-back position.
